We are creating templates right now. Most of ours will be "custom made" "one-of-a-kind" creations. Of course, we will have standard templates, like most of the template companies are doing. However, most online template companies charge enormous rates for you to purchase a "one-of-a-kind" or "unique" template. For example, Templatemonster.com charges roughly $2500-$3300 for what they call "unique price" which means that once you pay that fee, they stop selling that template, but how many customers have already bought that template at $65.-$180?
